The Tuesday Ukulele Group (TUG) is the place to be on Tuesday night!
You'll find us a very welcoming group to ukulele players at all skill levels!
We meet at 7:00 pm (Austin, TX time) and go till about 8:30 every Tuesday night.

About Our Meetings
We average 10 to 12 people in person at the Hancock Recreation Center and 3 to 4 people online via Zoom. We have players of all skill levels and beginners are always welcome. Our meeting is conducted generally in an open mic format, but all are free to play along.
Usually a couple of days before the meeting a member will send in one or two songs that the member would like to play. It helps if you send in your songs earlier rather than later! Ideally the song should be sent in by Sunday to allow time for formatting. The songs are formatted in such a way that they can be projected on the wall at the Hancock center and also be viewed on Zoom. Usually the person who sends in the song will lead the group in that song, and the rest of us will join in. Sending in a song is not required and you may just show up and play along.
To make playing a little easier (especially for newer players), each week we choose a couple of our favorite songs to play. The week's favorites will be posted on the web page a few days before the meeting so you'll have time to practice.
